Cemented (smooth)and with cover (roof) that can be used as a drift track for 1/10th scale RC cars. Willing to shoulder expenses for the construction or repairs if needed. We can negotiate on possible extra income for the owner though it would be better if its free of charge of course. Maintenance and electricity bill will be shouldered by the group. Also needs to have an ample parking space for at least 10 to 15 cars in the area or at least a nearby area where it is safe to park.
