Active Hobby FR TA05/TA06 Conversion Kit

The Active Hobby FR Conversion Kit for Tamiya's TA05/TA06 has a layout similar to Yokomo's  DIB chassis except that this has the motor up front.and the battery is much more centered vertically and horizontally. It has a low center of gravity for ideal weight distribution and has a 50 degree steering angle (optional driveshaft upgrade AC387). It also has multiple battery and servo positions for better adjustments. Full option parts are available from Active Hobby.

TA05 v2 Eagle Racing conversion

Here's my latest project...

TA05 v2 fitted with an Eagle Racing conversion kit, aluminum bulkheads and pulleys...106% CS ratio. Still in need of new electronics and a shell.

Am looking at the Mitsubishi Evo X and Nissan 370z shell. Which do you think is better? Maybe some other model? Let's see...will post an update real soon.
